Check List

BEFORE SENDING YOUR ENTRY HAVE YOU:

• Read the rules and make sure you are eligible to enter your category.

• Checked that your four prints measure 10”x8” (portrait) including borders.

• Labelled the back of each photograph with your name, salon name, address and category.

• Enclosed ‘Before’ Shots of each model used (if applicable to the category entered).

• Enclosed Polaroids (if applicable to the category entered).

• Enclosed questionnaire as required (Check rules for your category).

• Completed the entry form.

• Stated the region you are entering on the entry form.

• Had your entry form authorised by your salon owner/manager if required.

• Enclosed the entry form with your photographs.

• Ensured that the entry will meet the deadline of 5.00pm Friday 27th June 2008.
